Mr. Javadsha Vasa
Javadsha Vasa, the partner of the firm is a fellow Member of ICAI (FCA). He has a vast exposure and experience in the profession for period of more than 23 years. He has specialized in audits of Corporate, Bank Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Management Audits, Due diligence, Vat audits and Indirect Tax matters like Service Tax and Vat. He is a qualified concurrent auditor. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He is having exposure in the field of handling outsourcing accounting assignments relating to corporate & non -corporate clients. He is also providing Consultancy relating to RERA to various Builders & Developers.
He always endeavors to constantly upgrade skills, keeping abreast with latest advances in technology and changes in laws, and adopt them in rendering services as per the need of the clients and statutory regulators. He ensures that highest professional standards globally are maintained when rendering services. He highly values learning. He personally ensures that the staff is updated with the latest developments and conducts sessions to teach them valuable skills. .

Mr. Rajendra R. Shah
Rajendra Shah, the founding partner of the firm, is a fellow Member of ICAI (FCA). He has a vast exposure and experience in the profession for period of more than 21 years in the area of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Trust Audit, Vat audit, Direct Tax and Indirect tax matters. He is an expert in transitional provisions of GST. He is known for his radical and at the same time philosophical views. In his own unique style, he combines technical professional subjects with philosophy to give a different and clear perspective on several legal areas. His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering clients satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a platform of quality driven service industry. He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach. Presently, he looks after Direct Tax and Indirect Tax like Maharashtra Vat and GST of the firm. He also represents before Income Tax, Vat and GST Authorities.
